Nas recently released his 10th studio album Life Is Good & Young & Restless catches up with the legend and he speaks about why DJ Premier who has done previous works with the artist did not produce any cuts on this album. He simply states that he wanted to work with other legendary producers and give new producers the chance to bring his dream to life on this album, and that he does extremely well.

The queens native also talks about the ESPY’s & his love for sports and also adds on to the debate whether the 2012 USA Basketball team could be better than the ’92 Dream Team & he says that “it’ll be a great thing to see”.

He also talks about one of the hottest crews in music, Maybach Music Group and his recent collaboration with Meek Mill on his album Dreams & Nightmares, stating that his debut is going to be his magnum opus (classic), for those who don’t know. Well if this is what Nas believes we’ll just have to find out August 28th.
